Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity take-off and preparing Bill of Quantities.
• Responsible for sourcing quotations from suppliers.
• Conduct site inspection to assess project requirements and condition.
• Attend pre-bid meeting and clarify technical and commercial queries.
• Prepare and input the cost budget of the winning bid into the Acumatica system.

Education & Experience

• Civil Engineering graduate; licensed is an advantage.
• At least 1‑year experience as a Quantity Estimator in a contractor's firm handling both vertical (building) and horizontal (infrastructure) projects.
