Mechanical/HVAC/Controls - Project Manager/Estimator in the greater Syracuse NY area. Need an Estimator/Project Manager for Special Projects. This person would run Smaller Commercial Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing/Boilers/Chillers/Controls projects up to $2M or so. Think Retrofits, renovation, remodel, upfit, Tenant fit outs etc. Managing projects from cradle to grave managing the full process from finding, bidding, winning and managing the work to ensure proper project completion, client satisfaction, and success for the company.
