Ethics & Compliance Lead, APJ

Job Purpose

The Ethics & Compliance Lead, APJ, is responsible for the overall implementation, management and continuous improvement of TD SYNNEX’s ethics and compliance program (“the Program”) in the designated region; assesses compliance risks and needs; develops and implements compliance policies and processes; develops and delivers compliance training; monitors compliance processes; conducts ethics and compliance reviews and investigations; provides guidance to business teams on compliance-related matters; promotes a strong ethics and compliance culture; supports and implements global compliance initiatives in the designated region; and contributes to the further development of the Program; responsible for assisting the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (“CECO”) with monitoring compliance with these requirements and the development of related reporting on the effectiveness of the Program; serves in a leadership role within the company reporting to the CECO.
