Job Description
This newly created role has been created to drive further growth through strength in compliance with the hire of an Ethics & Integrity Manager. This individual will lead and enhance their approach to ethics, conduct, and compliance across the organisation and its related entities. It is a strategically important role , responsible for shaping a strong culture of integrity, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and fostering an environment where employees feel confident to speak up. The role operates with significant visibility , partnering closely with senior leadership, the Board, and key external stakeholders.
