Ethics Senior Group Manager - Director

The Citi Ethics Office supports Citi’s mission of enabling growth and economic progress by providing resources for employees that foster a principled culture of sound ethics, responsible conduct, and accountability within the organization.  The Citi Ethics Office does this by administering Citi’s Ethics Hotline, working with business and control functions to identify control enhancements to the hotline, reporting on trends and themes and significant matters to Citi’s internal and external stakeholders (including the Chief Legal Officer, the Head of HR, the Chief Compliance Officer, other senior management, the Compensation, Performance Management and Culture Committee of the Board of Directors of Citigroup, other legal vehicle boards, and regulators around the world), and establishing and communicating Citi’s ethical values and principles through Citi’s Code of Conduct and Code of Conduct training.  The Ethics Office works with partners across the globe, including with other Citi contr...
