They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency. - End-to-End Operations & KPIs: Oversee the daily operations of TikTok Shop EU FBT (warehousing & last-mile), establishing and monitoring core KPIs (., dispatch rate, inventory accuracy, CPO) to optimize fulfillment performance;
