We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening (5pm - 10pm) and Weekend Care Professional to join our team in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. As a vital member of our care organization, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients during evening and weekend hours.
Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and medication
Provide support for continence care when needed
Help with morning and evening routines
Perform light housekeeping duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing linens
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed
Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or outings
