We’re looking for a hands‑on and reliable team member to join us at The Timber Space — a boutique event, hospitality, and coworking space in KL.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, events, customer interaction, and operational work in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Scope
- Handle WhatsApp enquiries and client communication
- Assist with venue walkthroughs and client viewings
- Support event setup and event‑day operations
- Assist with café/front‑of‑house operations
- Prepare coffee and beverages for guests
- Ensure venue cleanliness and readiness
- Support daily venue operations and coordination
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Friendly, responsible, and hands‑on
- Good communication and customer service skills
