Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute events while ensuring smooth operations and successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, roadshows, and company activities.
Liaise with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
Prepare event proposals, quotations, budgets, timelines, and reports.
Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, registration, transportation, accommodation, and event materials.
Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
