Job Description

The Job:



  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided in all events, including exclusive use weddings, conferences through to small private dining experiences and board meetings.

  • Adequately staff all events, maximising resource utilisation and minimising costs where possible.

  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth event planning and execution.

  • Maintain compliance with current licensing, health, safety and food hygiene requirements.

  • Demonstrate excellent standards of service and behaviour to the team.

  • Coordinate event set-up and ensure facilities exceed company standards.

  • Conduct briefings with staff before each function, providing necessary information and support.

  • Manage staff through shifts, providing regular feedback and addressing any customer complaints promptly and offer training and development opportun...
