Event, Partnership & Community Supervisor

Job Description

1. Plan, manage, and execute company events from concept development, budgeting, timeline management, vendor coordination, to post-event evaluation.
2. Build and maintain relationships with partners, brands, communities, media, and other external stakeholders to support campaign objectives.
3. Develop community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and audience participation.
4. Supervise coordination between internal teams and external parties to ensure all event, partnership, and community activities run smoothly and meet targets.
5. Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and regular reports on event and collaboration performance.
6. Monitor key performance indicators such as attendee numbers, engagement, partnership value, media exposure, and feedback for future improvement.
