Event Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage logistical aspects of events (virtual, in-person, hybrid), video production, and other below-the-line marketing projects
• Source and manage suppliers (technicals, production, staging, talents, venues, manpower, and consultants)
• Collaborate and work closely with the account managers, OR1 internal team, and suppliers
• Develop and manage critical paths, work plans, timelines, and production schedules
• Draft and manage cost estimates, budgets, and payments
• Conduct oculars and supervise ingress and egress

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of work experience in a similar capacity and field
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a collaborative team player
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as the business demands
