Event Specialist

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Event Specialist to support the Greater Asia marketing team in the administrative and compliance execution of medical education and commercial events. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence across event logistics, vendor coordination, internal systems, and compliance workflows. You will work closely with regional and country marketing teams, procurement, finance, and compliance stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of event-related processes. This is a non‑travel, hybrid office‑based role in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate venue bookings, vendor onboarding, and logistics planning for internal and external events.
• Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, and post‑event documentation.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices using COUPA.
