The Role
The Event Technician, High Touch Services within the Managed Events Team will work directly within the Signature Venues located at the Commonwealth Pier and 245 Summer Street in Boston. This position requires on-site support from 7:30am-5pm and will be on-call through lunch hours with occasional requests for early or after hours to support the Conference technologies for Executive and Client facing meetings throughout the floor. The support will include first level support for standard A/V setups and custom A/V on the floor.
