Eventing Yard Apprenticeship – Bill Levett Eventing – Chipping Campden

Fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience and develop their skills at a 5* eventing yard in Gloucestershire. Bill Levett Eventing has horses ranging from 3/4 year old youngsters to 5* advanced eventers.

From £16,640 per year. Apprenticeship – Level 2.

The successful candidate can expect to work a 40 hour week spread over 5 days. Days and times to be confirmed.

Daily duties will include, but won’t be limited to:

• Mucking out
• Turning out and bringing in
• Tacking up and tack cleaning
• Filling hay nets, feeding and watering
• Clipping, pulling, plaiting, trimming
• Bathing
• Rug changing
• Paddock and yard maintenance
• Schooling and hacking
• First aid
• Exercising horses from the ground
• Holding vet, farrier, dentist and physio
• Handling fit event horses
