Events Coordinator

Qualification

Grade 12 / National Certificate or equivalent.

Job Purpose

To effectively plan, coordinate, and oversee event-related operations within the designated area, ensuring that staffing, vehicles, equipment, and medical resources are appropriately allocated and fully prepared. Reporting to the Special Medical Services Manager, the Events Coordinator supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality event medical services while ensuring compliance with organisational standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate events for the Nelson Mandela Bay area.
• Plan and coordinate staff, vehicles, and equipment for events.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
