JOB DESCRIPTION
Sheraton Milan Malpensa is looking for an Events Coordinator to join its Groups & Events team!

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Managing all aspects related to the organization of events and room groups, including proposals, site inspections, contract management, invoicing, and payments;
Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the property during both the planning phase and the actual execution of the event;
Communicating effectively with all departments involved to ensure that the client's expectations are met.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in the same role within similar environments;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Strong organizational skills;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Banqueting operations;
