Job Description
The Event Sales Manager serves as a key revenue driver and a strategic member of the Sales and Operations leadership team. Based in Chicago, this role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that maximize the profitability of private dining, buyouts, and off-site catering for a growing multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group.
The Event Sales Manager provides forward-looking sales leadership that enables aggressive revenue growth, guest loyalty, and scalable booking infrastructure. This leader partners closely with Ownership, General Managers, and Executive Chefs to drive top-line sales, optimize space utilization, and ensure the seamless execution of high-level events across all markets.
