Examinations Administrator

37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year(term time plus 2 weeks)

Grade 4 Point 7-12

£26,403 to £28,598 per annum FTE (actual £23,873 to £25,858 per annum)

Permanent contract

Start date – 1 September 2026

We have a vacancy for a confident, enthusiastic Examinations Administrator to provide high quality support to our Examinations Team at our Upper School site.

Responsibilities

The post holder will be required to assist the Examinations Administration Manager with all aspects of School external and internal examinations for Key Stage 4 and 5. This will involve assisting with the organisation of examination entries and sessions, preparation of timetables and the distribution of results in conjunction with the data team, along with day-to-day organisation of, and support to, examination invigilators.
