Job Description
The Civil Execution Engineer is responsible for execution of high-rise structural works using aluminium formwork systems (MIVAN/Aluform) , ensuring cycle time achievement, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
Aluminium Formwork Execution
Plan and execute aluminium shuttering (MIVAN/Aluform) activities for slabs, walls, beams, and core structures. Ensure proper erection, alignment, leveling, and de-shuttering of formwork. Monitor and achieve target cycle time (floor cycle) for repetitive floors. Coordinate for panel shifting, cleaning, oiling, and maintenance . Reinforcement & Concreting
Supervise reinforcement works as per drawings and BBS. Ensure proper embedments, sleeves, and inserts before concreting. Plan and monitor concreting activities (pour planning, cube testing, finishing)
