Job Description

**Description:**

Responsible for hotel's Executive Office and for assisting General Manager and Operations Leaders with analyzing data, writing reports and developing strategic plans. Also responsible for handling customer satisfaction inquiries, related correspondence and communication.

**Qualifications:**

+ Ability to interpret statistical reports (profit and loss, income statements, customer satisfaction data and other hotel related reports
