Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage complex, fast-moving calendars across multiple time zones and regional markets
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective scheduling, prioritisation, and preparation
Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and presentation materials for leadership meetings and strategic discussions
Draft and manage executive-level communications and confidential correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
Ensure timely follow-up and tracking of actions arising from meetings and key business priorities
Coordination & Communication
Serve as a central coordination point between the APAC leadership team and key stakeholders across ANZ and AEM
Support communication flow and alignment across regional functions and leadership teams
