Executive Assistant – Customer Service & Planning and Digital Transformation & Productivity, Spain
This role will be supporting two VPs in Customer Service & Planning and Digital Transformation & Productivity within Central Customer Services and Supply Chain.
Responsible for providing a high quality of Executive Assistant support. This is a busy, challenging and complex position requiring the EA to be able to multi-task, prioritise requests and work to tight deadlines. Also involves working closely with other Executive Assistants within the business who are located across various countries.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing on a daily basis the VP’s schedule, meeting arrangements and ensuring meeting requests are dealt with promptly
- Arranging and booking all travel on a frequent basis, ensuring transfers to and from airport/hotel, hotel arrangements
