About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the team at Scanwolf Corporation Berhad. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership. As a key member of our office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, travel booking, meeting coordination and minute-taking
Handling a wide range of correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
Assisting with the organisation and preparation of important meetings, events and presentations
Managing filing systems and documentation to maintain efficient record-keeping
Offering a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Undertaking ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
