Job Description

The Judge Group has partnered with a company in the Greater Leamington, Ontario area to find an Executive Assistant for their C-suite Executive Team. The candidate needs to have strong EA experience supporting senior executives in a professional environment.
** This role is in office Monday - Friday **
Responsibilities:
Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling high-level internal and external meetings across time zones.
Organize and coordinate executive communications, including email screening, drafting correspondence, and handling confidential information.
Prepare briefing documents, presentation materials, and executive summaries for board meetings, presentations, briefings, and company events.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Maintain executive dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and business priorities.
