Provide executive & personal support to our Creative Director/Owner and EVP Manage calendars, inboxes, and prepare key documents Organize travel, events, and sales meetings Support HR and recruitment processes Liaise with suppliers & vendors on product and marketing initiatives Coordinate office and personal projects with precision and confidentiality What You Bring

Experience supporting executives in a dynamic setting Strong organizational and communication skills Tech savvy (MS Office) and detail-oriented Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a sense of humor Post-secondary education is an asset Why Crown Surface Solutions?
