Role Overview
Executive Assistant – responsible for maximizing executive productivity by managing schedules, communications, and priorities, acting as coordination hub between senior executives and stakeholders, and ensuring structured preparation, documentation, and follow‑through of meetings and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize engagements, prepare agendas, and coordinate ExCo/board meetings.
- Maintain executive inboxes – prioritize and draft responses, flag urgent matters, act as liaison, and uphold response standards.
