TEKsystems is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to support a faculty member at a local university’s School of Oral Health. This role provides direct administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs and plays a critical part in the day-to-day operations of the office. To be considered for the roles all canidates must have direct recent exective assistant experiece. Candidates with only 1 year of experience will not be considered. The Executive Assistant will support ongoing operations and communications, while managing and processing confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. This position is responsible for delivering clerical and general administrative support that contributes to the achievement of departmental goals.
