Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who has worked in a high level role supporting the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Group. An immediate start is preferred for a smooth handover and training period.

Key Info:

  • Tauranga based role

  • Approximate 3 month temporary assignment

  • Calendar and diary management + all business travel bookings

  • Key Stakeholder relationship management

  • Coordinating information flow

  • Filtering queries and handling external parties

  • Pre-meeting documenation preparation

  • Manage incoming correspondence

  • Identify process and system improvements as required

  • Plans and delivers all aspects of events including catering, venues and invitations

  • Confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement are critical
