Job Description

            Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and stakeholder communication.
Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and business documents.
Coordinate board meetings, management reviews, and executive events.
Conduct research and assist in strategic projects.
Process expense reports and administrative documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Anticipate executive requirements and resolve issues proactively.
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO.


RequirementsBachelor's Degree / Graduate.
