Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support Management in daily business operations. The ideal candidate is dynamic, motivated and capable of taking initiative in a demanding business environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant / Administrative role for CEO or General Manager
- Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or any related field
- Fluent English (written & verbal) and excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong sense of initiative with the ability to work proactively and independently
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure
- Elegant professional presence and communication style
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on responsibilities
