Providing administrative support to the CEO and CFO; Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings; Preparing presentations, reports, and other business documents; Answering phones, and provide exceptional customer service; Conducting outbound cold calls and follow up with prospective clients; Maintaining office filing systems and oversee general office administration; Utilizing Microsoft Office and healthcare related platforms efficiently; Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.Qualifications:
