Functional Responsibilities

• Acquire data from various sources within the bank and maintain databases.
• Gather, understand and document details business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure efficient and effective data tracking and monitoring.
• Analyze information thoroughly and ensure accurate data provided to management to make an effective decision.
• Responsible for report tracking process and assist in preparation of presentation slides, if needed.

Organizational Responsibilities

• Collaborate and build strong working relationships with various internal stakeholders; Wealth Investment and product teams, PFS compliance, Sales Channels, HR L&D, Marketing & Communications and Operation.
