Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine
El‑Ain
We are hiring a skilled Executive Chef with a passion for Pakistani cuisine to lead our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of traditional Pakistani dishes and be able to create innovative and authentic menus.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the kitchen and manage kitchen staff
- Develop and innovate menus authentic to Pakistani cuisine
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage budgeting, ordering, and inventory
- Ensure food safety regulations are adhered to
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Pakistani cuisine
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Experience with budgeting, ordering, inventory management, and food safety regulations
Salary: $1500 per month.
