About the Role
Hotel Arts Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across multiple properties and outlets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving culinary vision, operational excellence, and financial performance across a diverse portfolio.
This position reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversees all kitchen leadership across the group.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for the culinary direction and execution across:
- Main Property: Yellow Door Bistro, Poolside, and Freestyle Social Club
- Banquets & Catering: Full-scale events, in-house & external catering programs
- Kensington Property: Oxbow Restaurant
- SAIT Culinary Operations: Full-service catering as the exclusive provider, including both internal campus events and external catering programs
