Executive Chef

Executive Chef in El-Fujairah, UAE in a 5 stars hotel. We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a 5 star hotel or similar environment and be able to create delicious and innovative dishes while managing the kitchen staff.

• Lead the team, oversee food preparation and ensure all recipes meet the highest standards.
• Work with the Head Chef to develop menus, order supplies, create budget plans and oversee food safety regulations.
• Maintain great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure all orders are cooked correctly and on time.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism.
