We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Haur-Fakkan. The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating, maintaining and developing the restaurant’s cuisine and menu. The Executive Chef should have a good knowledge of food preparation, presentation and quality assurance. They should also be able to work with a diverse range of ingredients, cooking styles and dietary guidelines.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate a team of cooks in a fast-paced environment. They must be creative, organised and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills. The Executive Chef should also have exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
