Job Description
We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos .
We are looking for a creative and operationally strong leader with a passion for gastronomy, capable of delivering exceptional dining experiences across all culinary outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all kitchen operations and culinary teams
- Design and execute innovative menus aligned with brand standards
- Ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Ideal Profile
- Previous experience as Executive Chef within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven experience in multi-outlet operations
- High creativity with strong operational focus
- Advanced English proficiency required
