Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related work, or military experience2 years’ experience supporting a corporate, networked computer environment Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fieldBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field2-year or 4-year Degree or vocational training equivalent in CS or MIS.10 years of experience supporting a corporate networked computer environment, including: installing, troubleshooting and supporting corporate AV equipment; building, deploying and troubleshooting computers; Providing executive/VIP support MCP, MSCE or A+ certificationsMicrosoft Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 and Telephony equipment support experience
