The Singapore Roads & Highways Lead is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, financial, people, and business performance of the Roads & Highways portfolio in Singapore. The role provides senior leadership to deliver high-quality project outcomes, drive sustainable growth, strengthen client relationships, and build a high-performing team aligned with SJ's national and regional strategies Responsibilities Develop and deliver Singapore Roads & Highways operating plans aligned with SJ's strategic objectives, ensuring high-quality project delivery and operational excellence. Accountable for sub-sector financial performance, budget management, utilisation, and robust oversight of operational, commercial, project, and OHS risks.
