**Position Overview:**
The Executive Director of Philanthropy for Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) is responsible for directing PAMF's fundraising program, with special emphasis on individual donor cultivation and solicitation, leading campaign strategy, and managing all aspects of the program in a manner aligned with the goals of Sutter Health. This position will serve as a lead fundraiser for PAMF Philanthropy raising $5M+ annually. This role also serves as the administrative liaison to senior management, medical staff, and Sutter Health leadership, to ensure the smooth and integrated operation of the organizations, and the appropriate alignment of operational strategies with the overall mission and available resources.
