Position Summary: Provides dynamic leadership to inspire staff in South County Academy to implement high-quality and impactful programming. Provides clinical and administrative oversight of assigned staff and programmatic initiatives with a focus on trauma-informed/focused behavioral health care. Works collaboratively with the management team to ensure safety, stability and professional guidance to residents in our care that have been placed through the Department of Children, Youth and Families.
