Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans route for the day before leaving the office.
- Ensures assigned vehicle is maintained and kept clean for daily use.
- Report any vehicular issues and/or accidents immediately to his immediate superiors.
- Follows all traffic rules and protects vehicle from untoward incident.
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with passengers and the company's point of contact.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and expenses.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Exhibit courteous behavior and appearance while representing the company.
- Use navigation tools to determine the best routes and estimated travel times.
