Senior Executive/Executive (Hostel)
Get to know the role:
Under the supervision of the Manager and Assistant Manager, you will research, source, and negotiate suitable properties to become a company hostel, set up the hostel, manage JTK matters, etc. Leasing will perform all responsibilities as an integral coordinator between landlord and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company hostel pre‑tenancy and post‑tenancy matters such as issuance of letters of offer and tenancy agreements, collection of deposits, follow‑up on signing of agreements, and handing over of premises.
- Ensure acceptance of tenancy agreements and deposit payments are completed within the required timeframe.
- Attend tenancy‑related matters including negotiation, renewal, approval, and handing.
- Coordinate with landlords on rental payments, renewal of leases and refund of deposits upon lease expiry.
