Job Description

- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement activities, recognition programs, training coordination, and execution of annual surveys and programs (MT, Internship, Job Rotation, etc.).
- Organize job/career fairs, guest speaker sessions, and CSR activities to strengthen the company’s image and employer branding within academic and corporate communities.
- Assist in preparing HR communications such as the Employee Handbook, HR Newsletter, and internal engagement calendars while ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to manage content for the Group’s social media platforms, promoting employer branding and supporting marketing and sales promotional posts.
