Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment and selection.
• Manage job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview arrangements, and SAP system updates.
• Assist HR management in planning recruitment roadmap and hiring activities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruitment reports for management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and take additional responsibilities as instructed by immediate superior.
• Follow scope of authority as per selected work process procedures and instructions.
