About the Role
As part of our Human Capital Management (HCM) Digital Transformation journey, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, HRIS Analyst to support the delivery of HR technology initiatives and day-to-day HRIS operations.
Reporting to the HR Digitalization team, you will play a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting digital transformation projects, ensuring data integrity, developing reports and dashboards, and driving process improvements through automation. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external solution providers to deliver reliable, efficient, and data-driven HR services.
This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for HR technology, digital innovation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
