Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of IP networks and IT infrastructure, including administration, monitoring, and backup operations. Implement and maintain various SaaS Cloud Services (e.g., Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, and Intune). Manage Fortinet Firewall and VPN, with a preference for knowledge in Fortinet Secure SD-WAN. Assist with user account administration and access matrices, particularly during onboarding and offboarding. Support the setup of new centers by scoping IT network and end-user requirements and overseeing the procurement and implementation of IT services and equipment.
