Executive Lead: Brand Strategy & Experience

Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a senior brand leader to shape and elevate its brand strategy, positioning, and overall experience. This role is responsible for defining how the organisation shows up in the market, strengthening brand equity, and ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across all touchpoints. You will play a key role in influencing leadership, embedding a strong internal brand culture, and driving alignment between brand, business strategy, and stakeholder experience.

Minimum requirements:

• Honours degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• MBA or Executive Leadership qualification is advantageous
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in a senior brand leadership role
• Proven experience shaping brand strategy at an enterprise level
• Experience within financial services, insurance, or a regulated environment is advantageous
