To track renewal & initial payment process and resolve sales queries Work with Branch/IT and ensure payment method is recorded in Talic as per agreed TAT To coordinate with bank and share relevant files/documents for processing Initial & Renewal Payment Preparation of MIS and circulate to relevant stakeholder To coordinate with vendors & get transactions processed on time & also system enhancements Process autopay & payment related transactions B Organizational Relationships
